El próximo mes se celebrarán los premios BAFTA en ruta a la noche más importante del cine.
El fin de semana del 10 y 11 de abril se estará celebrando la edición número 74 de los premios británicos “BAFTA”. La cinta de drama “Nomadland” lidera las nominaciones con un total de 7 nominaciones, seguido de una pequeña producción británica llamada “Rocks” igualmente con 7 nominaciones.
Por otro lado, haciendo historia por primera vez en los premios de la Academia Británica, se encuentran nominadas cuatro mujeres en la categoría de Mejor Director. Entre ellas figuran Chloé Zhao con “Nomadland”, Jasmila Žbanić con “Quo Vadis, Aida?”, Sarah Gavron con “Rocks” y Shannon Murphy “Babyteeth”.
