Kenneth Branagh dirige y participa como Hercule Point, junto a Johnny Depp como Edward Ratchett, Michelle Pfeiffer como Caroline Hubbart, Daisy Ridley como Mary Debenham, Leslie Odom Jr. como Doctor Arbuthnot, Manuel García Rulfo como Biniamino Marquez, Judi Dench como La Princesa Dragomiff, Olivia Colmon como Hildegarde Schmidt, Penelope Cruz como Pilar Estravados, Sergei Polunin como El Conde Andrenyi, y Josh Gad como Héctor McQueen.
